ABOUT US

The United Sport Development Society of Alberta was incorporated in 2007 to provide support and service to the sport community. The operational philosophy is EXCELLENCE on a “fee for service”, with affordability and value added built into all deliverables.

PILLARS OF FOCUS INCLUDE: 

• Coaching development.
• Player and Team development.
• Officials’ development.
• Sport Management development.
• Events and Communications development.
• History and Celebration of Sport.

These Pillars are stand alone modules to be crafted and designed to meet the needs of sport groups in the community.

SportFWD is an initiative of the United Sport Development Society of Alberta, moving sport forward, creating a breakthrough online sport development resource. Without the support of coaches, volunteers, officials and countless other individuals, sport would, quite simply, not exist. It is these support services that give sport life.

Delivery of developmental programs is based on, and consistent with, the sport delivery models of Provincial, National and International sport bodies and their mandates.

USD is an Alberta based non for profit with a focus on Central and Northern Alberta (Red Deer North).
